Free claims
Claiming is free. You must be authorised to represent the business. Confirming an email alone does not grant management rights. We review claims and may request additional evidence through an independent contact channel. Claims may be refused or revoked when authority is uncertain.
Content and changes
You are responsible for accurate details, current prices and rights to text and images. Do not upload scripts, identity documents, banking details or confidential customer information. Proposed changes are reviewed before publication. Verified management is not a quality endorsement or proof of authorised dealership.
Plans and payment
Free includes the basic listing. External affiliate offers may appear on unclaimed, Free and Plus profiles. Premium removes competing affiliate offers from the business profile, without exclusivity elsewhere on WatchesAtlas. Plus costs EUR 5 per business profile per month; Premium costs EUR 15. Payments are processed directly by PayPal. Payment is available only after claim approval and once checkout is enabled. The total, billing details and any applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Cancellation and downgrade
Cancel future renewals through Manage subscription. For cancellation at the end of the paid period, features remain active until that date. Failed payments may suspend paid features. Your free listing and valid claim remain after expiry. Paid presentation content is hidden rather than automatically deleted.
Visibility and independence
We do not promise visitors, sales, search rankings or exclusivity. Payment buys presentation features, not editorial endorsement or preferential search placement. Own offers are identified as supplied by the business. Voluntary contributions are separate from subscriptions.
Use of your data
Your contact details are used to verify and manage your profile. Necessary sign-in and verification messages are sent to you. Pending applications older than 90 days are removed. Active claim records and revision history are kept as needed for management and disputes. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details. Statistics are aggregated and retained for up to one year.
Disputed access or ownership
Use the formulario de contacto for corrections, data requests, disputed claims or transfers. Payment never grants ownership. An existing manager is not automatically replaced.
